Welcome to Lemon Springs Vinyl Queens! We’re a woman-owned custom print and design shop serving businesses, organizations, events, teams, and individuals with custom apparel, embroidery, DTF printing, decals, signage, banners, vehicle graphics, wraps, and more.

Because most of what we create is made specifically for you, our ordering policies are a little different from a traditional retail store. Please review the following before placing an order.

By placing an order, paying an invoice or deposit, approving a proof, or submitting an order through our website, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Custom Orders & Payment
Custom orders are not considered confirmed or placed into production until all required information has been received and any required payment or deposit has been made.
​
Pricing may vary based on quantity, materials, garment selection, print method, design complexity, size, colors, installation requirements, and other project-specific details.
​
Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Changes to the scope, quantity, artwork, materials, sizing, or specifications may result in additional charges.
​
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided on your invoice and may be required before production, pickup, shipping, or installation.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times vary by product, quantity, season, material availability, and current production schedule.
​
Any turnaround time provided is an estimate unless a specific completion date has been confirmed by Lemon Springs Vinyl Queens in writing.
​
Production time begins only after we have received all required information, payment or deposit, production-ready artwork, and approval of any required proofs.
​
Delays in artwork submission, proof approval, payment, product selection, or customer communication may delay your completion date.
​
Need it yesterday? Rush production may be available depending on our schedule and may require an additional fee.
Artwork Requirements
For the best results, we recommend submitting production-ready vector artwork, including AI, EPS, SVG, or vector PDF files. High-resolution PNG files may also be accepted depending on the product and production method.
​
Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable artwork may require additional design or recreation work before production can begin.
​
AI-Generated Artwork
AI-generated logos and artwork are not considered production-ready files.
​
While AI-generated images can be useful for concepts and inspiration, they frequently contain distorted details, inconsistent lines, overlapping elements, incorrect lettering, and other issues that may prevent proper printing, embroidery, cutting, engraving, or large-format production.
​
If AI-generated artwork must be recreated, cleaned up, vectorized, or otherwise prepared for production, additional design fees may apply.
​
We will notify you before completing billable artwork preparation whenever reasonably possible.
Artwork Submitted by the Customer
By submitting artwork to Lemon Springs Vinyl Queens, you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission and the legal right to reproduce it.
​
You are responsible for obtaining permission to use copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or otherwise protected material.
​
Lemon Springs Vinyl Queens reserves the right to refuse artwork or orders that we reasonably believe violate intellectual property rights or applicable law.
​
The customer assumes responsibility for claims arising from materials they supplied or instructed us to reproduce.
Design Services & Artwork Ownership
Design work created by Lemon Springs Vinyl Queens remains our intellectual property until all applicable design fees have been paid in full.
​
Payment for a finished product does not automatically include ownership or delivery of editable working files, source files, embroidery files, digitized files, vector files, fonts, templates, or other production files unless specifically included in your order.
​
If your package includes completed logo or branding files, the included file formats and usage rights will be provided according to the terms of that service.
​
Production files created specifically for our equipment or workflow may remain internal production assets.
Proofs & Customer Approval
When a proof is provided, please actually look at it.

The customer is responsible for reviewing:

Spelling and grammar

Sizes and dimensions

Artwork and design details

Product and garment selections

Once a proof has been approved, Lemon Springs Vinyl Queens is not responsible for errors that were visible on the approved proof.
​
Changes requested after approval may result in additional design, material, or production charges.
​
If we make a production error that differs materially from the approved proof or confirmed order specifications, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Colors & Product Appearance
We do our best to accurately represent colors and products, but screens lie a little.
​
Colors displayed on phones, computers, tablets, photographs, digital proofs, and other screens may vary from the final physical product.
​
Colors can also vary depending on garment color, fabric, material, ink, thread, vinyl, substrate, printing method, and manufacturing batch.
​
Minor color differences are not considered defects.
​
If an exact color match is critical to your project, please tell us before production begins so we can discuss available color-matching options.
Apparel Sizing & Garment Variations
Sizing varies between brands, styles, materials, and manufacturers. Customers are responsible for reviewing available size charts before ordering.
​
Because decorated apparel is customized specifically for the customer, we cannot replace or refund items because the wrong size was ordered unless the error was made by Lemon Springs Vinyl Queens.
Garment colors, textures, stitching, measurements, and other minor characteristics may vary slightly between manufacturing batches.
Customer-Supplied Items
We may accept customer-supplied garments or products for decoration on a case-by-case basis.
​
Decoration processes involve heat, pressure, machinery, inks, adhesives, needles, and other production methods. Although we take reasonable care with customer-supplied items, there is always some risk involved.
​
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lemon Springs Vinyl Queens is not responsible for replacing customer-supplied items due to ordinary risks inherent in the approved decoration process, except where damage results from our failure to use reasonable care.
​
We strongly recommend providing additional pieces when supplying rare, expensive, sentimental, discontinued, or difficult-to-replace items.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made, personalized, printed, embroidered, cut, fabricated, or otherwise produced specifically for each customer, custom products are generally final sale.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds because of:

Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer

Customer-approved artwork or spelling errors

Change of mind

Minor color variations

Customer-provided incorrect information

Normal variations in handmade or custom production

If you believe we made an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue.
​
If we confirm that the product does not materially match the approved order due to an error on our part, we may repair, replace, reproduce, or otherwise resolve the affected item as appropriate.
​
Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
​
Orders that have not entered production may be eligible for cancellation; however, completed design work, special-order materials, processing costs, setup work, digitization, and other expenses already incurred may be deducted from any refund.
​
Once production has begun or custom materials/products have been ordered specifically for your project, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Embroidery & Digitization
Embroidery requires artwork to be converted into a specialized stitch file through a process called digitization.
​
Digitization fees may apply and are separate from general graphic design or artwork recreation fees unless otherwise stated.
​
Small lettering, extremely fine details, gradients, distressed effects, and certain artwork elements may need to be modified to embroider properly.
​
Our team may recommend reasonable adjustments to achieve the best possible finished product.
Thread colors are matched as closely as reasonably possible but may not exactly match colors displayed digitally.
DTF & Printed Apparel
Direct-to-film (DTF) printing can reproduce detailed, full-color designs, but the final appearance may vary based on garment material, garment color, artwork quality, print size, and placement.

Exact placement may vary slightly between individual garments due to normal production tolerances.
​
Minor variations between pieces in a custom production run are normal and are not considered defects.
Signs, Banners, Decals & Vinyl Graphics
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements unless measurement or site-survey services are specifically included in their order.
​
Lemon Springs Vinyl Queens is not responsible for fit issues caused by measurements supplied by the customer.
​
Outdoor products are exposed to weather, sunlight, cleaning products, temperature changes, road conditions, and other environmental factors. Product lifespan will vary based on the material selected, installation, placement, maintenance, and exposure.
​
No outdoor sign, banner, decal, or vinyl product can be guaranteed to remain unchanged indefinitely.
Vehicle Graphics & Wraps
Vehicle wrap and graphic pricing depends on vehicle type, coverage, design requirements, materials, installation conditions, and vehicle condition.
​
Vehicles must arrive clean and free of excessive dirt, mud, wax, grease, oil, and other contaminants unless otherwise arranged.
​
Existing paint damage, rust, body damage, failing clear coat, aftermarket paint, previous repairs, and other surface conditions can affect adhesion and removal.
​
Lemon Springs Vinyl Queens cannot guarantee the condition of pre-existing paint or finishes underneath graphics or wraps.
​
Additional vehicle-specific terms may be provided before wrap installation.
Shipping
Shipping is available for eligible products.
​
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when ordering.
​
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
​
If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and notify us so we can assist where reasonably possible.
​
Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Local Pickup & Appointments
Lemon Springs Vinyl Queens is not a traditional walk-in retail shop.
​
Shop visits and in-person consultations are by appointment only unless otherwise stated.
​
Customers will be notified when an order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive to pick up an order before receiving confirmation that it is ready.
​
Orders submitted outside regular business hours, including weekends and holidays, will be reviewed during our next available business hours.
Abandoned & Unclaimed Orders
Completed orders should be picked up within a reasonable period after the customer has been notified that the order is ready.
​
We will make reasonable attempts to contact customers regarding unclaimed orders.
​
Orders left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to storage fees or disposal where permitted by applicable law. Any such action will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
Photography & Portfolio Use
Unless you request otherwise, Lemon Springs Vinyl Queens may photograph completed work and use those photographs for our website, social media, portfolio, advertising, and other promotional purposes.

We will not intentionally publish private customer information that is not already part of the visible finished design.
If your project is confidential or you do not want it photographed or shared, please let us know before production is completed.
Website Orders
Product availability, pricing, specifications, and turnaround information may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate pricing, technical issues, or product information displayed incorrectly on our website.

If an error materially affects an order already submitted, we will contact the customer before proceeding whenever appropriate.

Submitting an online order does not require us to produce content or products that violate our policies or applicable law.
