ORDERING + QUOTES
How do I place an order?
Many of our products can be ordered directly through our online shop.
Choose your product and options, upload your artwork when required, and check out online.

For custom projects that aren't available for direct online ordering, submit the appropriate request form and we'll follow up with you.
Do you have an order minimum?
Many products available in our online shop do not have an order minimum.
​For apparel and hats, customers needing 12+ pieces can submit our Bulk Order Request for discounted bulk pricing.
How do I request a custom order?
If you don't see exactly what you need in our online shop, head to our Contact page and submit a custom order request.

Give us as much information as possible — quantity, size, colors, deadline, artwork, and what you're trying to create all help us provide accurate pricing.
Does submitting a form place my order?
No. Submitting a quote or custom order request does not place your order or reserve a production date.

Your order is confirmed once the required details, artwork approvals, and payment requirements have been completed.
Can you rush my order?
Sometimes! Rush availability depends on our current production schedule, materials, and the type of project.

Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline. Rush service is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
TURNAROUND TIMES
What are your current turnaround times?
Our production schedule changes throughout the year based on order volume.

As of September 18, 2026:
Apparel: Approximately 3 weeks
Signs: Approximately 2–3 weeks
Wraps + Installations: Currently booking November

Current turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on project size, materials, artwork approval, product availability, and other factors.
When does my turnaround time begin?
Turnaround time begins after your order is finalized, including required payment, approved artwork, product selections, and any other information we need to begin production.

Time spent waiting for artwork approval, customer responses, or missing information does not count toward production time.
ARTWORK + DESIGN
What type of artwork do you need?
Vector artwork is preferred whenever possible.
​
Recommended file types include:
AI • EPS • SVG • Vector PDF

High-resolution PNG files may work for certain products depending on the artwork and production method.
Can I send you a Canva file?
Possibly. Canva files can work for some applications, but simply exporting a design doesn't necessarily make it production-ready.

We'll review your artwork and let you know if anything needs to be adjusted.
Do you accept AI-generated artwork?
AI-generated artwork can be used as inspiration or a concept, but we do not consider AI-generated images automatically production-ready.
​
AI artwork often contains distorted lettering, inconsistent shapes, tiny details, overlapping elements, and other issues that can cause problems during printing, embroidery, signage, or wrap production.
​
If necessary, we can professionally recreate or clean up your artwork for an additional design fee.
Can you fix or recreate my logo?
Yes. We offer artwork cleanup, vectorization, logo recreation, and full logo design services.
​
If all you have is a screenshot, blurry JPG, old business card, or an idea, send us what you've got and we'll tell you what needs to happen next.
Will I see my design before it's produced?
For projects requiring custom design or layout, you'll receive a proof/mockup for approval before production.

Please review proofs carefully.
Check spelling, phone numbers, colors, sizing, placement, and other details before approving.
APPAREL + HATS
What apparel do you offer?
We have access to a large selection of shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, polos, hats, workwear, and other apparel from multiple brands.

You can browse select products online or use our apparel catalogs for additional options.
​
Do you offer embroidery?
Yep! We offer custom embroidery for hats, polos, jackets, sweatshirts, workwear, and other compatible products.
Do you offer leather patch hats?
Yes. Select hat styles can be customized with embroidered designs or leather patches.
​
What's the difference between embroidery and DTF?
Embroidery uses thread and works especially well for hats, polos, jackets, workwear, and designs that need a polished dimensional finish.
​
DTF printing transfers a full-color printed design onto apparel and works well for detailed graphics, multiple colors, and designs that aren't ideal for embroidery.
​
Not sure which you need? Send us your artwork and we'll recommend the better option.
Can every logo be embroidered?
Not necessarily.
​
Very small text, thin lines, gradients, tiny details, and highly complex artwork may need to be simplified before embroidery. We'll let you know if adjustments are recommended.

What types of signs do you make?
We offer a variety of custom signage including banners, business signs, event signage, yard signs, QR code signs, decals, and other custom applications.

If you don't see the exact product online, send us a custom order request.
Do banners include grommets?
Our standard outdoor vinyl banners include metal grommets for hanging unless otherwise specified.
Can you design my banner or sign?
Absolutely. If you don't have finished artwork, design services are available.

Design fees depend on the amount of design work required.

How much does a vehicle wrap cost?
Wrap pricing varies significantly based on the vehicle, coverage, design requirements, materials, and installation.
How far in advance should I book a wrap?
As early as possible.

Wrap projects require time for measurements, design, revisions, printing, preparation, and installation. Our installation calendar can fill several weeks or months in advance.
How should I prepare my vehicle for installation?
Your vehicle should arrive clean and free of excessive dirt, mud, wax, grease, and other contaminants.
